Student Services

Tulsa Community College offers a wide range of student services from Academic Advisement, Health and Fitness Centers, Student IDs and parking and much more.

Academic Advisement

Advisement services on each campus are integral parts of the Counseling and Testing Offices.  These services are designed to help students determine their educational objectives.

Bookstores and Textbooks

Each of the four Tulsa Community College campuses has its own Campus Store.  Students may purchase their coursebooks for classes in which they are enrolled as well as supplies and materials such as notebooks, pens and pencils.

Career Services

Located on each campus, Career Services include a variety of resources and opportunities for assistance in obtaining career and employment information.

Costs and Payments

Disability Support

TCC provides accommodations for qualifying students in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Financial Aid

The Financial Aid and Scholarship Office at TCC is available to assist qualified students to meet the costs of their education.  Financial aid is designed to supplement the financial resources of the student and student's parent(s).

Graduation

TCC recognizes the successful completion of program requirements by awarding an associate degree or a certificate of achievement.

Health and Fitness

The Fitness Centers at TCC, located inside the Student Unions at Metro, Northeast, Southeast and West campuses, are available to all TCC students, full-time faculty, and staff.

Labs and Tutoring

Any student needing academic assistance outside the classroom may inquire in the Counseling and Testing Center or instructional labs on each campus.

Student Activities

The Student Activities program is designed to provide each student the opportunity to participate in significant activities planned to complement educational pursuits.

Student Records

Student records at TCC are maintained in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as Amended in 1995.  The Act affords students certain rights with respect to their educational records.

Student Code of Conduct

The college student is considered a responsible adult.  The student's admission indicates acceptance of those standards of conduct which appear in the Student Code of Conduct.

Student IDs/Parking

Student ID cards are used to attain access to certain Student Activities events, and to receive discounts on Student Activities events where a fee is charged.

Parking is provided on each campus and is generally accessible during normal operating hours of the College.

Testing

Counseling & Testing helps students get oriented to the campus and test for academic capabilities and accurate placement.

Veterans and Military

TCC maintains a full-time office of Verterans Services at Metro Campus for the convenience of veterans and their dependents attending school and recieinv educations benefits under chapters of Title 38 United States Code.

Campus Police

The Department of Public Safety/Campus Police functions primarily to protect life and property of TCC students and staff and provides numerous services to students as a routine part of the College operation.
