Labs and Tutoring

TCC offers assistance with reading, writing, and study skills at the Communications Center located on each campus. Individual tutoring and a wide range of materials in a personalized setting make the Centers a comfortable place for learning.

The Computer Instructional Labs are designed to offer many services, including: microcomputers to support courses, computer aided instruction packages, program debugging, program construction assistance, instructional assistance for equipment and software usage, and a centralized working space.

Developmental studies programs are available to help advance reading, writing, mathematics, and study skills. These courses are especially helpful for students who have been out of the classroom for long lengths of time.
