Costs and Payments

Tulsa Community College offers students a variety of payment options.

Payment in Full

Pay tuition and fees in full.  Fee payment deadline is the first day of the semester or the start date of the earliest class enrolled.  You may pay in person, by mail, phone or TED.  No enrollment fees or monthly service charge.

Tuition Option Plan (TOP)

Enroll by TED.  There is a $20 enrollment fee.  Monthly installments are automatically charged to your payment method (credit card or checking account) on the 15th of each month. Click here for more information.

Deferred Payment

No sign-up required.  If you do not pay your account balance in full or sign up for the TOP, you are automatically placed on Deferred Payment.  Payments should be made by the 15th of each month.  There is a 1.5 percent monthly service charge (50 cent minimum) assessed to your account on the 15th of each month for any unpaid balance based on enrollment.  Service charges will continue to be assessed to the student account until the balance is paid in full.  An additional $50 fee will be assessed to your acount at the end of the semester if all current charges are not paid in full.

Should your account be placed with a collection agency, you may be charged the collection costs, court costs, and any attorney fees.

An enrollment and transcript hold will be placed on the student account prior to enrollment for the next semester for any unpaid balance.

Students Receiving Financial Aid

Financial Aid will be applied to the student account.  Any remaining amount will be refunded to the student.  If the financial aid received does not pay the charges on the account in full, the student can choose a TCC Payment Option.

  • Regular Hours - 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday – Thursday and 9:00am – 5:00pm, Friday.
