Degree Audit

A degree audit is a document that contains the following information:

• credits students still need to complete their declared major;
• credits students have already completed that apply to their declared major; and
• credits students have already completed that do not apply to their declared major.

In order for students to gain access to their degree audits, they must first declare their major by visiting any campus Admissions/Registration Office or Advisement Center/Counseling Office.

Students may receive a degree audit at any campus Advisement Center/Counseling Office.

Credit transfer and course substitutions will determine if students can access up-to-date degree audits.
