Degree Audit
A degree audit is a document that contains the following information:
- credits students still need to complete for their declared major;
- credits students have already completed that apply to their declared major; and
- credits students have already completed that do not apply to their declared major.
In order for students to gain access to their degree audits, they must first declare their major by visiting any campus Admissions/Registration Office or Advisement Center/Counseling Office.
Once students have declared their major, they may print their degree audit from the Student Web. They may also receive a degree audit at any campus Advisement Center/Counseling Office.
Credit transfer and course substitutions will determine if students can access up-to-date degree audits.
