Tulsa Community College’s Education Access Center (EAC) is once again partnering with Broken Arrow, Jenks, Union and Tulsa Public Schools to host the Regional Transition Fair for students with disabilities. The event will be held in beautiful downtown Tulsa. It is free and open to all students in Tulsa and surrounding schools districts, parents and anyone interested in learning firsthand about support programs and services offered to individuals with disabilities by colleges, universities, technology centers and community agencies. A brief Information Session will be conducted by top professionals from high school and post-secondary education to discuss transition issues students with disabilities may experience after graduating high school and moving into the next phase of their educational career or the workforce. Attendees will have the opportunity to win fantastic prizes after the Information Session (You must be present to win).
Vendors will be located on the "2nd" floor of TCC’s Metro Campus Student Union at 10th and Cincinnati. Vendor public displays will be held from 6:00 to 7:15 PM.
The Information Session will begin at 7:30 PM in TCC’s Metro Campus Thomas McKeon Center for Creativity located on 9th and Boston Avenue directly across from the Metro Campus Main Academic Building.
Accommodations for disabilities, including food allergies, need to be requested one week prior to the event.

Register for the Regional Transition Fair using this form: Attendee Registration Form. When you arrive, please enter and check-in on the first floor of the Metro Campus Student Union. On-site Registration for Attendees will also be available and begin at 6:00 PM in TCC’s Metro Campus Student Union on the 1st floor at 10th and Cincinnati.
Last day to Reserve a Table is Friday, March 25, 2016. Space is limited! Only the first forty (40) registrants will be accepted. Register for the Regional Transition Fair using this form: REGISTRATION CLOSED. Vendor tables will be ready for set-up by 5:00 PM, and refreshments will be provided for vendors. When you arrive, please enter and check-in on the first floor of the TCC Metro Campus Student Union.
WHERE?: TCC Metro Campus Student Union 2nd Floor (10th St. and Cincinnati Ave)
Although TCC Metro Campus is at 909 S Boston Ave. (9th St. and Boston Ave.), the Entrance to the Regional Transistion Fair is on the Northwest corner of 10th St. and Cincinnati Ave. in Downton Tulsa OK (one block East and one block South).

The Regional Transition Fair will be in the Student Union (Building three) on the 2nd Floor, which has an entrance on the Northwest corner of 10th Street and Cincinnati Avenue. The Entrance to the Student Union is indicated on the maps by the Red stars. Check the maps below
Parking: In the lower right inset map, parking lots are designated in blue. Suggested Fair parking is indicated by Green Stars. For your convenience, we recommend using lots 1,3,7, and 2. If you were standing in the middle of the street at 10th and Cincinnati, looking North, at the Northwest is the Metro Campus Student Union, Northeast is lot 7, Southeast is lot 3, Southwest is lot 1, and South of lot 1 is lot 2.
