How do I apply for admission to TCC?

Fill out an application then visit Enrollment Services (Registration) and drop off any transcripts. Get your CWID (Collegewide ID).

How do I know what classes to take?

You can also visit an advisor in person on any TCC campus or contact our Online Advisor.

How do I register for classes?
You log on to MyTCC to select your classes. Click here for more information on how to use MyTCC.

How do I drop a class?
Log on to MyTCC and follow these instructions.

How long do I have to drop or withdraw from a class?
It depends on how long the class runs, you will need to check the academic calendar. You also might want to visit with an academic advisor before withdrawing.

What is the difference between dropping and withdrawing?
Dropping a class you receive a 100 percent refund and the class will not appear on your transcript. Withdrawing from a class you do not receive a refund and the classes will appear on your transcript. Click here for a detailed explanation.

Where is the academic calendar?
It is located in the College Catalog.

Whom should I contact if I need information about disability-related accommodations?
TCC has a Education Access Center. Click here for more information on TCC's disability resources.

Where do I buy books?
Each TCC campus has a Campus Store that will stock books for the classes on that campus. All online books are at the Northeast Campus Store. You may purchase books online. Don't forget to bring a copy of your printed schedule of classes. See "How to Print a Class Schedule."

How do I pay for my education?
You can pay in full in MyTCC, apply for Financial Aid or a third party may pay. Click here for more information.

How do I apply for financial aid?
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid FAFSA. TCC's Federal School Code is 009763. Click here for more information on financial aid.

How do I check my financial aid?
Once your Financial Aid has been processed (which usually takes several weeks), you can check in MyTCC to check your status and awards.

What is this Tulsacc Card I received in the mail?
It is for refunds from TCC. Please go online and activate the card. Click here for more information.

How do I check my e-mail?

How do I log In to TCC's Network?
Your User name is "firstname_lastname" and your initial password is "Tcc_" followed by your CWID. If you have any questions call 918.595.2000. See "How to Log In to TCC's Network."

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?
Log into a wired computer, set up a new password, and then you can login to Wi-Fi. Click here for detailed instructions.

What is TCC Alerts?
TCC Alerts will immediately contact you during a major crisis or emergency and delivers important emergency alerts, notifications and updates to you on all your devices. It is free to sign up. Click here for more information.

Student Services
Do I need a parking permit?
Yes and you may obtain them at Campus Police or Student Activities. You will need to know your Tag Number. See "TCC Parking Procedure."

How do I get my ID?
Stop by any Student Activities office. Make sure you have registered for classes and have a payment in place (i.e., financial aid, third party or paid in full)
