Temple Grandin, namesake of HBO movie, to speak at TCC
Tulsa Community College will welcome renowned speaker Dr. Temple Grandin at 7 p.m. March 6 at the VanTrease Performing Arts Center for Education. Grandin, whose life is told in the HBO movie "Temple Grandin" , will speak about "Animals, Autism, and Visual Thinking. Read More.

'Dead Man Walking' composer Jake Heggie to speak at TCC
“Dead Man Walking,” the best-selling book and major motion picture starring Susan Sarandon and Sean Penn, has been carried over to another art form: opera. The Tulsa Opera will perform “Dead Man Walking” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25; 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 2; and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 4 in the Chapman Music Hall at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. From ‘South Tulsa’ to ‘Regional’: Fair renamed to encompass growing crowd
An event that began in 2005 at Tulsa Community College has grown so large that the name has changed to better reflect the population it serves. The former South Tulsa Regional Transition Institute has been renamed the Regional Transition Fair to encompass high school and middle school students with disabilities from across the Tulsa region. Daniel Keating named to TCC Board of Regents
