TCC, St. Gregory's University partner

Students who have completed an associate’s degree at Tulsa Community College can now transfer seamlessly into a four-year degree program at St. Gregory’s University. Dr. Tom McKeon, president of TCC, and Dr. Gregory Main, president of SGU, with both schools signed an articulation agreement at SGU’s Tulsa campus on June 18.

The joint program allows transfer opportunities for academically qualified graduates of TCC’s Business Administration Program who are interested in completing their bachelor’s degrees as a business major at SGU. The agreement ensures that coursework credit for TCC’s program transfers easily to SGU.

“We are pleased to be working with Tulsa Community College to expand and streamline educational opportunities for their students,” said William Mayfield, Ph.D., SGU’s vice president for graduate and continuing studies. “By being able to easily determine which courses will count toward completion of their bachelor’s degrees, students can develop a better academic and financial plan around two years at TCC and two years at SGU.”

The agreement will go into effect immediately with the first class of transfer students beginning this fall.
