Nursing

Welcome from the Associate Dean

The Nursing Program was established in 1971 by a consortium of Tulsa-area hospitals to provide a college-based nursing program for Tulsa and Northeastern Oklahoma. Since that time, more than 4,000 nurses have graduated from the TCC Nursing Program. Our present and future focus is to develop competent, caring graduates in a creative, supportive learning environment which fosters excellence. The faculty is dedicated to the practice of nursing and teaching, which encourages each graduate to maximize his or her own career goals. We provide programs of the highest quality that are innovative utilizing a variety of teaching /learning modalities.

Please take time to explore this website. We hope it will answer your questions about how to get started in your nursing career and what is offered at TCC for you. As you explore these pages, we are sure you will agree with us that the future of caring is TCC Nursing.

Again, welcome. I wish each of you the very best on your educational journey in Nursing at Tulsa Community College.
