Nursing Curriculum Plan
The Nursing Program consists of four academic semesters and one prerequisite semester. Prior to admission to the Nursing Program and enrollment in NURS 1446, students must have completed the prerequisite courses, the Nelson Denny testing requirements, the TCC PCT completed within the last two years, or CNA requirement and specific requirements for clinical courses. Faculty encourage applicants to take as many of the general education (GE) courses, identified in the plan below, as possible prior to enrollment in Level 1 “NURS” courses. See catalog course prerequisites and/or corequisites. NOTE: All courses in the curriculum plan must be completed with grades of “C” or better.
