The hall is currently booked approximately 350 days per year and serves both the TCC community and the community at large. Bookings begin in March for the fiscal year from July 1-June 30.
The facility rents for $1,200 per day Monday through Thursday, and $1,400 per day on Friday through Sunday. Fee includes cleaning, ushers, building security, and all house owned equipment.
Organizations with a 501C-3 non-profit status will receive $200 discount per performance day on building fees.
Due to the nature of our business and bookings, we cannot rent the facility on a weekly continuing basis.
