5 ways to enroll for Continuing Education Non-Credit classes.

Have you taken a Continuing Education class before?  Use online enrollment for a “quick and easy, enroll and pay” option.

New to TCC Continuing Education?  You may apply and enroll online or use one of the other options.

Online -For NEW Continuing Education students, click here for TED Self Service.

  • Select Apply for Admission
  • Select First time user account creation.
  • Create your own login and PIN (6-digits) and select Login.
  • Select No Credit/Degree Continuing Ed as the application type and Continue.
  • Select Admission Term.
  • Complete all required fields on the application.
  • Select Application is Complete.
  • Select Access Web for Student.
  • Change your pin and create a security question and answer.
  • Please make a note of your CWID. This ID and PIN will give you access to enroll for classes.
  • Select the Student Tab (If you do not have a student tab, call 595-7200.)
  • Select Registration
  • Select Add or Drop Classes.
  • Select the current Noncredit Continuing Ed semester, Select SUBMIT
  • Type the CRN into one of the boxes and select Submit Changes.
  • Select Registration Fee Assessment
  • Select Account Summary by Term
  • Select Student Account System and log in
  • Select Make a Payment and follow the screens to pay for the class(es).

Online -For RETURNING Continuing Education students, have your College Wide ID, the CRN for the class and your credit card ready.  Click here for TED Self Service

  • Enter User ID (MUST use "T" before ID number) and PIN (initially 6-digit birth date).
  • Select the Student Tab (If you do not have a student tab, call 595-7200.)
  • Select Registration
  • Select Add or Drop Classes.
    Select the current Noncredit Continuing Ed semester, Select SUBMIT
  • Type the CRN into one of the boxes and select Submit Changes.
  • Select Registration Fee Assessment
  • Select Account Summary by Term
  • Select Student Account System and log in
  • Select Make a Payment and follow the screens to pay for the class(es).

Fax - Complete form and fax to 918-595-8953. Please include credit card information.

Mail - Complete form and mail to the Registrar’s Office at any campus location listed below. Please include a check or credit card information. Using this option may delay your enrollment and the class you want may fill up.

In-Person - Complete form and bring to the Continuing Education Office at the Metro Campus. Cash, check or credit card payments are accepted. The Continuing Education Office is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am- 5:00pm.

Will your company pay for your class?

Direct Billing for Business - Download and print the Direct Billing registration form. Complete and fax  to 918-595-8953. Call 918-595-7200 for questions about this billing service.

Refund Policy - Continuing Education

Payment for Continuing Education classes are due at the time of enrollment.  Failure to pay could result in a hold being placed on your account. 

100% refund will be given if a written, telephone, faxed, or in person request is made to the Continuing Education office 2 full business days (M-F) before the first scheduled class meeting.  Refunds cannot be issued for non-attendance.  All fees will be refunded if class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.  Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.  The Continuing Education Department reserves the right to amend this policy for specialized events, programs and classes.  The Continuing Education office can be reached by calling 918-595-7200.  The fax number is 918-595-7993.

Additional Refund Policies:

Summer classes for youth have a special refund policy.  Check the summer schedule for the specific refund policy. 

Business Certification and Certification Prep Classes Refund Policy Exceptions: 100% refund will be given if a written, telephone, or in person request is made to the Continuing Education Business and Career Solution office at 918-595-8930, or 909 S. Boston Avenue 5 full business days (M-F) before the first scheduled class meeting.

Books that have been picked up and opened (Payroll, SHRM, WorldatWork) are not returnable.
