photo of female scientistMath and Science in Health Careers (MASH) is a five day camp funded through a Summer Academies grant from the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.  MASH Camp is for students currently in 9th-11th grades.  MASH Camp incorporates math and science into learning about health careers.  Students participate in activities such as DNA extraction, measuring lung volumes, making “blood”, trauma care, pharmacy simulation and much more!

This is a FREE camp.  Each student who attends MASH Camp will receive a $100 stipend upon the successful completion of the Camp.  Students have the option of attending the camp in Tulsa June 16-20, 2014 or June 23-27, 2014, at the OU Tulsa Schusterman Center. Camp hours are 9am-4pm. Attendance all 5 days of camp is mandatory. Call (918) 595-8404 for questions.

Applications are accepted beginning March 15 and the deadline for application submissions is May 1.  Applicants will be notified of their acceptance status by May 12.*  MASH Camp is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to learn more about math and science, the college admission process, health careers and so much more!  Space is limited, so fill out your application today!
