Metro Campus Department and Service Area Relocations
Liberal Arts Division
The Metro Campus Liberal Arts Division has been relocated to the Center for Creativity, Room 3098. Phone service (918-595-7363) is being forwarded.
Science and Math Division
Will be relocated to the West Campus room S-128 starting Thursday 6/20. Division phone numbers have been forwarded. Please see the Metro Campus class relocation list at www.tulsacc.edu/metroupdate for specific class locations.
Business & Information Technology Division
The Business and Information Technology Division is temporarily located in the Center for Creativity, 3rd floor faculty office area. We are accessible via e-mail at this time. When our phone access is restored, we can be contacted at ext. 7039.
Student Activities Offices on the NE, SE & West campuses provide services that are similar to those provided at Metro. Students can have Student ID cards made at any location and purchase tickets to various events and attend campus programs. Metro Campus Student Activities staff has been relocated to West Campus and Southeast Campus Student Activities offices.
Health Sciences and Nursing
All Health Sciences and Nursing Division faculty have been relocated to the Southeast Campus Science and Math building (Building 8).
The offices of the Dean of Health Sciences and the Associate Dean of Nursing have moved back to the Alfred M. Philips Health Sciences Center, MP256 at Metro Campus.
Allied Health Division
The Allied Health Division office and staff are located in the Alfred M. Philips Health Sciences Center, MP 458 at Metro Campus. Allied Health faculty and classes have been relocated to Southeast Campus PACE classroom building (Building 6, Room 6267).
For all advisement services, students may visit the Academic Advisement office at Northeast Campus, Southeast Campus, or West Campus.
Online advisement will be available at email@example.com. The online advisement staff will be temporarily increased to allow for any increase in email traffic.
Metro Campus Testing Center services have been relocated to Northeast, Southeast and West campuses. Specific services are relocated as follows:
For COMPASS testing, students may visit the Academic Advisement office at Northeast Campus, Southeast Campus, or West Campus.
All students enrolled in online courses will be directed to the Southeast campus Science & Math Testing Center (Building 8, Room 8150). Testing Center hours are Monday-Thursday, 8am-7pm.
All students enrolled in on-campus classes will be directed to the Northeast Campus Testing Center (Room NEA 1201) and the West Campus (Information Commons Room I-140) by the various divisions for testing. Faculty will make specific testing arrangements at either of those locations. Both testing centers will be open for service from 8am-7pm.
All students enrolled in CARS 1011-101 will continue to meet at the Northeast Campus in room SC - 2619.
Students may continue to utilize Career Services at Southeast, Northeast and West campuses.
The Education Outreach Center will also be able to provide basic career and advising services.
Counseling Services for Allied Health and Nursing
Counseling staff for Allied Health and Nursing students have been relocated to Southeast Campus Science and Math building (Building 8, Room 8289).
Metro Campus student graduates may pick up their diplomas at Northeast Campus.
