I have been an Assistant Professor of Biology at TCC since 2012. I received my PhD in 2009 from the University of Tulsa in wildlife disease ecology, and have maintained an active research program in ecology since that time. My teaching style is driven by a belief that college should be a transformational experience for students. I am particularly interested in helping students make intellectual progress by learning to “think like a scientist”.
