TCC Parking Procedure

Parking on any TCC lot is available on a "first-come, first-served" basis for students and staff conducting business on campus. The vehicle must display the appropriate registered parking permit. Students and staff should not use TCC parking facilities when they are not attending or conducting college business. Permits may be obtained by paying the parking fee at the time regular tuition and fees are paid. The parking fee is assessed at the rate of $1.50 per credit hour per semester with a maximum fee of $18 (12 credit hours) per semester and $9 (6 credit hours) for the summer semester. Full-time faculty and staff pay at the rate of $45 per year.

Students who WILL NOT EVER be using TCC parking must complete a "Parking Fee Waiver" form in the Admissions and Registration office prior to fee payment. Copies of parking procedures are available in the office of the Campus Police and in the Student Resource and Policy handbook. Parking violations are subject to fines and/or disciplinary action. Park between the blue lines on all TCC parking lots. Please note that students and staff can only park on TCC lots to conduct college business.

Staff who WILL NOT EVER be using TCC parking may get a "Parking Fee Waiver" form in the Campus Police office.

Please report any suspicious person, or the need for assistance on the orange parking lot Emergency Phone immediately to Campus Police. These phones can be located by looking for the blue lights. Please note that students and staff can only park on TCC lots to conduct college business. A parking permit is required on all TCC facilities.
