Fee amounts are approved by the State Regents for Higher Education and may be changed by direction of the State Regents. General enrollment fees and nonresident tuition and other fees for special educational services are due prior to the first day of class.

Former Prisoners of War
Persons Missing in Action - Dependents. Any former prisoner of war or person missing in action, as defined by the provisions of O.S. Supp. 1991, Title 70, Section 2281, and any dependent of a prisoner of war or person missing in action, and neither yet returned to the United States or to control by its armed forces, upon being duly accepted for enrollment into Tulsa Community College shall be allowed to obtain an associate degree, or certificate of completion, for so long as he/she is eligible, free of general enrollment fees.

 

Children of Peace Officers and Fire Fighters
No general enrollment fee or nonresident tuition shall be charged to the children of Oklahoma peace officers or fire fighters who have given their lives in the line of duty. TCC shall grant tuition waivers to eligible persons upon presentation of evidence that the deceased person was a duly appointed police or peace officer or fire fighter as defined in O.S. 1991, Section 3218.7. Such waivers shall be limited to a period of five years from the date of the first waiver.
