First Stop Help Desk

The First Stop Help Desk serves as Tulsa Community College’s student services telephone support center for all TCC locations. Through the First Stop Help Desk, students can receive information by phone or by e-mail about financial aid, admission, enrollment, and academic advisement. By utilizing the First Stop Help Desk, students get timely and accurate student services information without having to drive to a campus or other TCC location. While the majority of student services questions can be answered in a single phone call or email, when more in-depth information is required, First Stop Help Desk staff work diligently with the appropriate student services department to get students the answers they need. Fast, convenient, and friendly, the First Stop Help Desk is your “first stop” for student services information.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Fall/Spring Semester:
Monday - Thursday:  9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  
 

Summer Term: 
Monday - Thursday:  8 a.m. to 6 p.m.    
 
EXTENDED HOURS
One week before the start of each semester and the first week of each semester (excluding summer term).
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
