Every semester, students should visit with an academic advisor/counselor at any campus Advisement Center/Counseling Office to determine if they are fulfilling all the requirements for graduation.

At the beginning of the last semester of attendance, students who have fulfilled all the necessary graduation requirements must make an appointment for a final graduation check at the Advisement Center in order to graduate and receive their diplomas.

The deadlines to file for graduation are:

  • Fall* - last Friday in October
  • Spring - last Friday in March
  • Summer** - second Friday in July

*Fall graduates may participate in TCC's annual commencement ceremony the following May.

**Students who plan on graduating in the Summer may make an appointment for their final graduation checks by the Spring deadline and then participate in TCC's annual commencement ceremony in May.

All students are responsible for familiarizing themselves with TCC's graduation policies and procedures.
