Veterans Resource Center  
Veterans are an important part of the student body at Tulsa Community College.  To better serve these men and women
and their dependents, TCC has developed a Veterans Resource Center at TCC Metro Campus on the 2nd floor of the Student union. 
This resource center provides information, advisement and a link to one-on-one assistance for veterans seeking to enhance
their future through higher education.
 

 

 

Resources provided in the Veterans Resource Center Metro Campus Student Union, Room 208:
 
 
  • Fully furnished lounge with flat screen TV
  • Study area with computers for research and homework
  • Advisors to assist veterans in their transition to life as civilians
  • Information and checklists to assist veterans in receiving their VA education benefits
  • Trained volunteers from the VA and various veterans organizations 
 

  

 

Resources provided in the Veterans Services Office Metro Campus Student Union, Room 1021: 
 
 
  • TCC Veterans Certifying Official on staff
  • Assistance in communication with the Veterans Administration
  • Assistance in securing DD214 discharge papers
  • Information on how to secure unemployment benefits for those who qualify
  • Assistance in securing transcripts from other colleges if applicable
  • Ongoing academic and eligibility advisement related to maintaining VA education benefits
