  1. Artist Behind 2018 TCC Holiday Card: Jose Ramirez

    Jose Ramirez, inspired by the painting style of Bob Ross, created the artwork selected in the 2018 annual student design competition for the Tulsa Community College Holiday Card.

  2. TCC Expands Mental Health First Aid Training with Grant

    Tulsa Community College receives a $375,000 grant to expand mental health training for faculty, staff and a select group of students. The grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration has a goal to reach most of TCC’s full time faculty and staff. So far, TCC has already trained 150 faculty and staff in Mental Health First Aid and plans to train an additional 630 faculty, staff and select students over a three-year period.

  3. TCC Announces Campaign for Completion

    Tulsa Community College kicked off the public phase of Clearing the Pathway: The Campaign for Completion, the largest fundraising campaign in TCC’s history. The Campaign will raise $20 million in private funds to support student scholarships, academic advisors, Student Success Centers, science lab renovations and diversity and inclusion outreach.

  4. TCC Joins Forces with Five Other Higher Ed Institutions to Help Students

    Tulsa Community College, along with regional partners Langston University, Northeastern State University, Oklahoma State University, Rogers State University, and The University of Tulsa have joined forces for the Tulsa Transfer Project.

  5. David Page is Named the 2018 Vision Honoree

    The TCC Foundation has named David Page as the 2018 Vision in Education Leadership Award recipient. He is being honored for his enduring commitment to excellence in education and leadership of key initiatives and organizations that have impacted economic development, quality of life and social services for Tulsa.

  6. TCC Earns Tree Campus USA Second Year in a Row

    For the second year in a row, all four TCC campuses earned the 2017 Tree Campus USA® designation by the Arbor Day Foundation. TCC is proud to be the only multi-campus community college member of the Tree Campus USA® family where each campus achieved this status.

  7. TCC Student Named a 2018 Newman Civic Fellow

    Joseph Mason uses his voice to be a public problem solver by leading the discussion about food security issues facing his fellow classmates at Tulsa Community College. Mason helped establish a campus food pantry at the TCC Metro Campus and participated in a community Sustainability Conference in an effort to unify both campus and local communities to reduce food insecurity.

  8. New Program by TCC and NSU will Transform Educational Experience for Broken Arrow Students

    A new dual credit program offers Broken Arrow High School students the opportunity to graduate high school with a diploma and earn an associate degree from Tulsa Community College. Then, the student has the option to seamlessly transfer to Northeast State University to complete a bachelor’s degree.

  10. TCC Named National Bellwether Award Finalist

    Tulsa Community College has been named a finalist for a national Bellwether award and will compete for the prestigious award in January 2018. The selection as a finalist is a special recognition for the work TCC has done in less than two years as part of the Pathways Project, a national initiative sponsored by American Association of Community College and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
