Diploma Request

TCC is partnering with Parchment Inc. to provide our graduates with digital and printed diplomas.

Digital diplomas will be available to students approximately four weeks after graduation, with printed diplomas being mailed approximately six weeks after this date.

For questions regarding diplomas, please reach out to the Records Office at graduation@tulsacc.edu. Please be sure to include your student ID number, name (at time of graduation), and date of birth in your inquiry email.

Digital diplomas are available to TCC graduates of fall of 2019 and later. 
We do not offer in-person pickup of diplomas.

Replacement Diplomas

Need to order an additional diploma or replace a lost diploma? TCC can provide an additional diploma, mailed directly to your home, for $15.00.

Please reach out to the Records Office at graduation@tulsacc.edu for a request form and additional information. Please be sure to include your name (at time of graduation) and date of birth in your inquiry email.

Diplomas will be mailed to the student. We do not offer in-person pickup for diplomas.

What will my diploma look like?

Associate in Arts degree and Associate in Science degree diplomas bear a student’s diploma name, graduation date, degree, the university’s seal and official signatures.

Associate in Applied Science and Certificate diplomas bear a student’s diploma name, graduation date, degree, major, the university’s seal and official signatures.
