WestFest, a fall festival at Tulsa Community College’s West Campus, adds a free concert to its line-up of family fun and entertainment. In addition to the music, the family-friendly carnival will feature food, games, and treats.

The concert features Michael Boggs, a nationally known Christian music artist, and songwriter. Boggs was raised near TCC’s West Campus in the Berryhill area and recently released a new CD titled “More Like a Lion.”

Free hotdogs, chips, and water will be served to the first 500 people. The event is free and open to kids of all ages with fun activities for the whole family. Costumes are welcome. Come join the fun!

WestFest is 6 p.m. to 8p.m., Thursday, Oct. 24 at Tulsa Community College West Campus Student Union, 7505 W 41st Street South.

The concert at WestFest is sponsored by TCC Student Activities and Baptist Collegiate Ministries. Phi Beta Lambda will sponsor a $1 cake walk to raise money for state and national conferences and the Veterinary Technology Student Organization will sponsor pumpkin decorating for kids with each pumpkin costing $1.
