Nursing (RN)Currently, Kofi Wallace is a Captain with the Tulsa Fire Department. He is planning for his future and returned to TCC for additional education because he wants to be involved in community medicine from a first responders and emergency perspective.
He already has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees but said, “The TCC Nursing Program was more stressful than both of those other two degrees.” And TCC is proud to have him as an adjunct faculty member in the College's Fire Training Services program.
His next step is to complete his Bachelor of Science in Nursing on his way to becoming a Nurse Practitioner.

The scholarship supports future Vet Tech students who show determination, compassion, and a commitment to animal care—qualities that defined Misha’s life and work.
