Celebrate July 4th one day early as the Signature Symphony at TCC hosts its annual 4th on the 3rd Concert. This year’s theme is a “Patriotic Celebration” with special tributes to New York, Boston, and Oklahoma City as well as the men and women of the military who serve our country and defend our nation.
Signature Symphony at TCC Conductor Dr. Barry Epperley will lead the 63- piece orchestra through a collection of patriotic tunes, traditional favorites such as “Tribute to the Armed Forces” and special musical tributes to remember three specific events which brought the people of our nation together. In addition, the Signature Symphony at TCC will be joined by the Signature Chorale, plus soloists and special ensembles.
This family-friendly event is a cool indoor alternative to the traditional outdoor Fourth of July activities. The 4th on the 3rd Concert is 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3 at the Tulsa Community College VanTrease Performing Arts Center for Education on the Southeast Campus located at 10300 East 81st Street (81st Street and Highway 169).
