Now is the time for high school seniors and juniors to begin planning for college. Tulsa Community College wants to make it easier for high school students to learn more about college and explore their path to a degree at TCC.

The College will host the Big Blue Blitz, a college preview day, on Saturday, Nov. 5. The day is dedicated for high school juniors and seniors to learn more about TCC, majors, scholarships and student organizations. Students will meet with faculty, students and take a campus tour.

Student sessions will focus on getting to know the campus, getting to know student organizations and learning more about the academic experience including internships, research opportunities and the Honors program.

Parents are encouraged to come to the event. Parent sessions are available in English and Spanish and will be held at the same time as student sessions.

Big Blue Blitz provides an opportunity for students and parents to learn about TCC’s seven academic schools as well as student support resources available to them including information about financial aid, Tulsa Achieves and disability resources.

Big Blue Blitz is 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 5 at the TCC Southeast Campus Student Union, building 9, which is located at 81st and Hwy 169. A continental breakfast will be provided.
