Coming from a financially challenged family, Tiffani said, “We did not have the resources to support my educational endeavors. Tulsa Junior College, now Tulsa Community College, provided me with a foundational education that I might not have had access to otherwise.”

She added, “The TJC faculty and staff were committed and always accessible to support my needs. It was a community of educators and a true group of experienced professionals who were aligned in helping all students achieve their goals.”

A graduate of Broken Arrow High School, Tiffani went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. In 1997, she joined Tulsa Public Schools as a Special Events and Media Coordinator. She later joined the Tulsa Zoo & Living Museum as a Development Marketing Manager before moving to Cox Communications, where she has served as the Director of Public Affairs since 2001.

A graduate of Leadership Oklahoma Class 31 and Leadership Tulsa Class 31, Tiffani was also recognized as a Best of TCC Distinguished Alumni in 2008. Committed to the community, Tiffani has volunteered with the Tulsa Salvation Army where she was named Volunteer of the Year in 2012. She was also named a Cystic Fibrosis Rising Leader, in addition to a Women in Cable and Telecommunications Rising Leader. She served as the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce board chair in 2015 and as for the Foundation for Tulsa Schools board chair in 2019.
