TCC Holds 47th Annual Commencement

It was a night of celebration as the 2016-2017 graduates of Tulsa Community College walked across the stage to get their degree or certificate during the 47th annual commencement ceremony on Friday, May 5.

TCC anticipates awarding more than 2,000 associate degrees and certificates for this academic year. Final numbers won’t be available until the completion of the summer semester.
Former Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives T.W. Shannon was the keynote speaker. Shannon was the first Chickasaw and first African-American to become Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives in 2013 and the youngest at the age of 34.

TCC Launches First Data Analytics Associate Degree in Oklahoma
Tulsa Community College is accepting students for its new Data Analytics degree and certificate programs. The associate degree program is the first of its kind in Oklahoma. Students can expect to develop skills in data analysis, data visualization, statistical methods, and industry-standard tools.
