  3. Grand Opening Celebration Held for Student Success and Career Center at TCC Southeast Campus

    The new Student Success and Career Center on the Tulsa Community College Southeast Campus revolutionizes the college onboarding and career process. Designed with the student in mind, the facility allows students to meet with answer center specialists, academic advisors, career specialists and local companies. The $5.3 million facility, part of the Vision Tulsa package approved by voters in 2016, is now part of the campus at 10300 E. 81st Street.

    The Tulsa Community College Foundation announces Karen Keith is the 2019 Vision in Education Leadership Award recipient. The award will be presented at the annual Vision in Education Leadership Award Dinner on Thursday, Sept. 19 at the Cox Business Center. A reception will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner and program to follow at 7 p.m.

    Plans for a Student Success Center on TCC’s West Campus move forward as the Hardesty Family Foundation announces a $1 million gift to TCC’s largest fundraising campaign, Clearing the Pathway: The Campaign for Completion. The College also announced the new facility will be named after Roger Hardesty and his wife, Donna Hardesty.

    A learning space for Tulsa Community College students to get clinical, hands-on learning in the Physical Therapist Assistant program is being recognized nationally as an innovative workforce development program. TCC is a 2019 Bellwether finalist in the Workforce Development category for the creation of the Nate Waters Physical Therapy Clinic at the TCC Metro Campus.

  10. Higher Learning Commission Reaffirms Accreditation for Tulsa Community College

    The Higher Learning Commission has reaffirmed Tulsa Community College’s accreditation. TCC is the largest community college in the state of Oklahoma serving 24,000 students annually in college credit courses.
