    Signature Symphony at Tulsa Community College presents the patriotic sounds of American composers with a salute to our Armed Forces during the annual 4th on the 3rd concert.     Please Touch the Art breaks the rules of traditional art exhibits and makes art accessible, especially for visitors who are visually impaired.
