    Whether you dream of appearing on stage or the big screen (or both!), professionals in theatre, film, and tv will teach you the basics on acting and auditioning. This workshop is your introduction to creating a character for the stage, including physicality, gestures, vocal style, motivation, and backstory. Mark Frank, an award winning director, playwright, author and educator, will lead this engaging and fun workshop.

Acting for the camera is very different from stage acting - small, subtle expressions can have a huge impact when magnified on the big screen. Actor Cody Mayo, a seasoned SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity member renowned for starring in three seasons of Marvel Runaways, will teach fundamental techniques of screen acting.
