Student Updates and Resources Regarding Coronavirus Disease 2019

Report COVID-19 Exposure at TCC

Students who are learning on campus and need to report an exposure to TCC should fill out the COVID-19 Report Form.

Campus COVID-19 Protocols for Students

Masks and Face Coverings

  • The use of face coverings is still encouraged and remains highly recommended for those who are not fully vaccinated per CDC guidance.
  • Voluntarily choosing to continue to wear a mask is an acceptable practice and those who continue this practice will remain free to do so without reprisal.

Social Distancing

  • Social Distancing refers to keeping a physical distance of at least six feet between individuals.
  • This is one of the most effective methods of avoiding infection and reducing the spread of COVID-19.
  • When social distancing of at least six feet is not possible in an indoor or outdoor public setting, common area, or shared space, a face covering is recommended.

Testing, Isolation, and Contact Tracing

  • Positive Tests – If an employee or student tests positive for COVID-19, the College will cooperate with the Tulsa Health Department in its contact tracing efforts.
  • Confirmed Exposures – Students who were exposed to laboratory-confirmed COVID-19-positive individuals are expected to notify TCC by emailing PublicHealth@tulsacc.edu and to follow all directions provided by the Tulsa Health Department.

Read the full Response Plan for students and staff.

Report Compliance Concerns

Students and employees who refuse to comply with the Return to Campus Plan are subject to disciplinary action, in accordance with the applicable faculty, staff, or student handbook policy. Non-compliance concerns should be submitted on the COVID-19 Compliance Concern Form.
