TRIO Educational Opportunity Center

The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) program provides counseling and information on college admissions to qualified adults 19-years-old and older who want to enter, re-enter or transfer to post-secondary education programs. An important objective of EOC is to counsel participants on financial aid options and to assist in the application process.
