Admission After Suspension

If you've faced a suspension from TCC and are looking to make a comeback, we're here to guide you through the process step by step.

By following this user-friendly and accessible guide, we're here to help you make your re-admission process as smooth as possible. Your journey back to TCC starts with these steps!

Step 1: Apply for Admission Again

Start things off by simply submitting another admission application.

Step 2: Complete the Re-Admit Petition

Once you see the Re-Admit Petition available in your application portal, go ahead and complete it.

Quick Tip: This petition is found exclusively in the application portal. We'll add it to your checklist within 3-5 business days.

Step 3: Provide Official Transcripts

Make sure to send over official transcripts from your previous schools.

Important Reminder: Get in touch with our Admission & Prospective Student Services to make sure we've received all your credentials.

Incomplete petitions won't make the cut, so ensure you've got everything ready.

A Special Note for Those on Academic Dismissal (Second Suspension)

If you're facing Academic Dismissal, here's the deal: Alongside your new admission application, include the re-admission petition and transcripts from all the institutions you've attended. Plus, achieve an overall retention GPA of 2.0 from another accredited institution for your re-admission bid.

Don't Miss the Submission Deadline

Before the registration rush, be sure to submit your petition and credentials at least 3 weeks in advance.

What Comes Next: Review Process and Beyond

Once we've got your petition and credentials, we'll dive in for a thorough review. You can expect an email from us outlining the next steps.

If You're Coming from Another College or University

If you're transferring from another educational institution, you're in luck! You can jump right in after your suspension. For all the details, reach out to the friendly folks at the Office of Admission. You can drop them a line at or give them a call at 918-595-8000. Also, don't hesitate to connect with the Enrollment Services office.

Disciplinary Suspension: A Special Note

For those who've faced disciplinary suspension at TCC, reconnect with the Vice President of Student Affairs to discuss your re-admission. Before you apply, make sure you've checked all the boxes outlined in your suspension letter.
