Student Healthcare Options
Wellness Services is pleased to announce that there are new healthcare options available for all students. Please see below for information regarding Remedy Health (Medical) and MetLife (Dental and Vision) and the Student Virtual Care Plan (Teladoc).
MetLife
Voluntary dental and vision insurance for students and their families. Both full and part-time students may enroll. Fall open enrollment runs August 1 – October 31 and spring open enrollment runs February 1 – April 30
Plan highlights include 100% coverage for preventative dental care, a $10 annual eye exam, and allowances for lenses, eyeglass frames and contacts
Remedy Health
Whether you have insurance or not, this is a great healthcare option for students who need something that’s flexible to accommodate their busy schedules. For a reasonable monthly rate, you get access to a personal physician, personalized care plans, virtual and in-person appointments, cost savings on medications, labs, and x-rays; and a host of other valuable services .
