Find a Private Practice Counselor SAMHSA - Provider Treatment Locator

ULifeline offers confidential self-screening tools and information for 4 of the most common mental health conditions that college students face. If a person screens positive for a disorder, it does not mean that they have that diagnosis; it means that they should follow up with a physician or mental health provider for further evaluation.

Check out these free virtual support groups, including groups focused on Stress Management, Survivors of Suicide Loss, BIPOC Emotional & Mental Health and more. 

Each of the support groups is led by a trained facilitator, but the real power of our groups is getting to interact with other people impacted by mental illness or similar situations. Supporting one another is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to heal.

The Steve Fund- The Steve Fund has created ​a special keyword, STEVE, that young people of color can text to 741741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor 24/7. 

The Trevor Project is a non-profit organization focusing on suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth. Our trained counselors are here to support you 24/7. If you are a young person in crisis, feeling suicidal, or in need of a safe and judgment-free place to talk, call the TrevorLifeline now at 1-866-488-7386. TrevorText is a confidential and secure resource that provides live help for LGBTQ youth with a trained specialist, over text messages. Text START to 678-678.
