My Dream: Scholarship

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted by May 17, 2024, at 5 p.m. Sign in with your TCC ID and password to access available scholarships.
Use your personal email account, or your TCC email, instead of your school email.

Annual household income
Your high school transcript since you will need to submit it with your application
Some of the questions you will be asked are:
- Please write a paragraph about your education and career goals. Limit your response to 500 words.
- Describe your financial need. Please limit your response to 500 words.
- Please write a brief essay that addresses the following questions:
  - What has been your most significant learning experience or challenge?
  - How will a scholarship make a difference in your educational progress?
  - How do you hope to contribute to the community? Limit your response to 500 words.
- List any awards, recognition, jobs, volunteer responsibilities, or community activities. Limit your response to 200 words.

My must meet the following requirements to apply:

Be a graduating High School senior in Tulsa or Rogers County
Have a minimum High School cumulative GPA of 2.0
Enroll in TCC as a degree-seeking student
Not receive any state or federal financial aid
Submit a signed and notarized Affidavit of Intent.
If awarded, recipients must attend the My Dream Student Orientation on July 9. The TCC Education Outreach Center will contact you for details.
Must complete the online application for both TCC admissions and the My Dream scholarship

Renewable with a 2.0 semester GPA
Students must complete a minimum of nine hours per semester with a passing grade
In the event, a student's semester GPA falls below 2.0, or the student does not pass 9-credit hours they will be on probation and will be required to submit an essay detailing lessons learned and plans for improving their GPA going forward

The scholarship is privately funded; requirements, deadlines, and funding are at the donor's discretion and subject to change.

This scholarship application is a general application; therefore, some questions might not directly apply to the My Dream scholarship. Please answer all the questions honestly and to the best of your ability.

The general scholarship application requires two references. However, for My Dream scholarship, you may or may not include them. This will not affect your eligibility. If you do not have references, don’t worry, enter the following: Name: Education Outreach Center, and email:
