Final exams will be given Monday, May 10 through Sunday, May 16. The time block for final exams is 1 hour and 50 minutes. Professors should contact their Dean, Associate Dean, or Faulty Department Chair to resolve any scheduling issues.
Finals for classes that begin before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. are scheduled for their final class meeting day/time during final exams week. For example, the final exam for a MW 7:00 a.m. class would be on Wednesday of finals week at 7:00 a.m.
Finals for classes that meet on Saturday or Sunday will be held at their regular start time on May 15 or May 16, for a 1 hour and 50 minute exam period.
Finals for classes that are one day a week or which fall outside of the MW/TR or MWF format are scheduled for their final class meeting day/time during final exams week. For example, the final exam for a class that meets on Fridays at 9:00am would be Friday of finals week at 9:00am.
Finals for blended and olive classes should be scheduled during final exams week. Exams may be scheduled using the times indicated above or over a period of days during final exams week, to accommodate varying student schedules.
Finals for online classes should be scheduled during finals week (May 10 - 16), and over a period of days, to accommodate varying student schedules.
A student with three or more exams scheduled for the same day may appeal for amnesty to the professors and request consideration for a reschedule by contacting the Dean or Associate Dean.
If a student has more than one exam scheduled for the same time period, the student should contact the professors to arrange an alternative examination date and/or time.
