SARA (State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement)
Tulsa Community College is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.
The State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement is an agreement among member states, districts and territories that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance education courses and programs. It is intended to make it easier for students to take online courses offered by postsecondary institutions based in another state. SARA is overseen by a National Council and administered by four regional education compacts.

Collaborate (Web Conference) and Kaltura (Streaming Video and Lecture Capture)
TCC uses Blackboard Collaborate for web conferencing, online meetings, or online office hours. Faculty can use Collaborate from within their Blackboard course sites. To host a web conference or web meeting outside of a Blackboard course or organization site, please contact (918) 595-8999 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
