Online Student Services and Support

Orientation

Online students are required to take the Online Learning Orientation prior to enrolling in an online class or when enrolling in an online class. To access this orientation, please login to your MyTCC account at mytcc.tulsacc.edu and choose the MyAccount tab. Online Learning Orientation is available under Quick Links.

Proctored or Monitored Testing for Online Classes

Online classes may include one or more proctored exams. If your instructor requires a proctored exam, you can test at TCC Testing Centers at no charge. If you are not in the Tulsa area, or you cannot test at a TCC testing center, your instructor can advise you of remote proctor options. Remote proctoring may require a fee.

Accessibility Resources (AR) manages accommodations for qualifying Tulsa Community College (TCC) students in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. In serving as advocates, AR staff partner with students to provide access to classroom instruction and college accommodations. AR is also a resource for TCC employees and community agencies regarding disability issues in post-secondary educational institutions. Students that use AR services benefit from accommodations, college resources, studying, and socializing. To receive accommodations in a timely manner, students should contact any of the AR locations in the "Contacts Info ..." section based on the campus they are attending. Students who are deaf and hard of hearing should contact the AR office at the Northeast campus.
